Description
Uppdraget omfattar utförande av personlig assistans enligt 51 kap. Socialförsäkringsbalken, SFB (2010:110) samt enligt lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade, LSS (1993:387), för barn, ungdomar och vuxna som är folkbokförda i Västerås kommun. Utföraren kommer att ha i uppdrag att: * utföra personlig assistans enligt Socialförsäkringsbalken, SFB, 51 kap. * utföra personlig assistans enligt 9 § punkt 2 enligt agen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade, LSS (1993:387). Uppdraget omfattar: * utföraren är skyldig att ta emot, utföra och behålla personlig assistans för de enskilda med beslut om assistansersättning och där den enskilde har valt kommunen som utförare. * utföraren är skyldig att ta emot, utföra och behålla uppdrag avseende biträde av personlig assistent enligt LSS. * utföraren ska kunna överta uppdrag från andra utförare av personlig assistans, exempelvis när andra utförare drabbas av akut sjukfrånvaro gällande personliga assistenter och inte kan lösa sjukfrånvaron på egen hand eller vid extraordinära händelser som att andra utförare hastigt avslutar sina uppdrag, går i konkurs eller motsvarande.
