Description
Västerås stad står inför ett behov av att modernisera och effektivisera sina administrativa processer för lönehanteringen. Dagens arbetssätt bygger i stor utsträckning på flera olika system och manuella rutiner, vilket innebär risk för fel, dubbelarbete och bristande överblick. Nuvarande lösningar är inte tillräckligt integrerade eller anpassade för de krav som ställs på en modern, datadriven och rättssäker hantering av lön i en stor kommunal organisation. Med denna upphandling vill Staden säkerställa ett sammanhängande, användarvänligt och molnbaserat systemstöd som möjliggör automatisering och ökad kvalitet i leveransen till både medarbetare och verksamhet. Upphandlingen ligger i linje med Västerås stads arbete med digitalisering, effektiv förvaltning och förbättrad arbetsmiljö för personal med administrativt ansvar.
