Description
Drift av servrar av olika IT-system och slutanvändarsupport. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla programvara med följande funktioner (”samarbetsplattform”) för medarbetarnas persondatorer: • Kontorsprogramvara innehållande funktioner för ordbehandling, kalkyler, presentationsprogram, E-post med IMAP stöd, och kalender i Office365. • Funktionalitet för antivirus. • Funktionalitet för webbläsare. • Funktionalitet för intranät (Sharepoint). • PC-leveranser • Tekniknätsövervakning Leverantören ska vidare tillhandahålla Service Desk som är öppen under kontorstid (07:00 – 17:00) för felanmälan och beställningar.
