Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on intellektuaalomandi haldamise tarkvara ostmine vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Kasutusvalmis tarkvaralahendus tuleb üle anda hiljemalt 3 (kolme) kuu jooksul hankelepingu sõlmimisest.
