De gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân heeft de ambitie om het Contract- en Leveranciersmanagement (CLM) te professionaliseren door middel van de introductie van een nieuwe CLM-applicatie De opdracht betreft de levering, implementatie en het beheer van een SaaS-gebaseerde Contract Lifecycle Management-oplossing. De organisatie telt circa 1200 medewerkers. Binnen de organisatie worden naar schatting 2500 actieve contracten beheerd. Het aantal gebruikers van de applicatie bedraagt naar verwachting 150, met ruimte voor uitbreiding gedurende de contractperiode.
