Out Patient Decant Facility There is an immediate requirement for an circa, 8,000sq.m Out Patient Decant Facility as an enabling works project for the Critical Care Block. This could be completed as a stand alone unit on the site (which is then re-purposed upon the completion of phase 1) or possibly as phased delivery of the phase
