Description
Ekerö kommun avser att upphandla inköp och utställning av utbyteskärl/extrakärl samt återtagande och återvinning av befintliga kärl. Ekerö kommun avser teckna kontrakt med en entreprenör. Ekerö kommun ställer inte ut några volymgarantier. Angivna volymer i upphandlingsdokumenten baseras som huvudregel på uträkningar med mängdinformation från år 2023 (om inte annat anges). Bakgrund Från och med 2024 övergår ansvaret för att samla in förpackningsavfall till kommunerna. Ekerö kommun kommer att införa fyrfackskärl som nytt insamlingssystem för hämtning av mat- och restavfall, förpackningar och returpapper från en- och tvåbostadshus (inklusive fritidshus och mindre flerbostadshus med få lägenheter). Avtalstid Avtalstiden beräknas starta 2026-10-01 och löper tills leveransen är färdigställd enligt detta avtal. Utställningen av kärl skall vara slutförd senast den 2027-01-01 för att uppfylla den nya lagstiftningen. Om externa faktorer, såsom kunders tillgänglighet, påverkar tidsplanen, skall Entreprenören omedelbart meddela Ekerö kommun om eventuella förseningar. Eventuella justeringar av tidsplanen görs i samråd med Ekerö kommun dock får den totala avtalstiden inte överstiga 202…
