Description

La présente consultation a pour objet : - La mise en oeuvre d'une hotline/support/Helpdesk afin de prendre en compte les appels des collaborateurs de Deux-Sèvres Habitat et de traiter les incidents, les problèmes et les demandes de services; - Le renouvellement des matériels informatiques ; - La fourniture d'un service de Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle de l'infrastructure y compris des tâches d'exploitation et de supervision; - La fourniture d'un Service de SOC (Security Operation Center) afin de détecter au plus tôt une compromission du SI; - La fourniture de matériel et de prestation complémentaire à la demande (conseils, pilotage, prestations techniques, etc ) pour le lot n°1; - La fourniture de prestation à la demande (conseils, pilotage, prestations techniques, etc ) pour le lot n°2. Les différentes caractéristiques et les attentes du Pouvoir Adjudicateur sont décrites au sein du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières joint au DCE. Le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum avec un opérateur économique.
