Description

L'appel d'offres objet du présent avis porte sur l'implémentation et la maintenance d'une solution SIRH pour les besoins de l'OPAC de l'Oise. Le marché sera traité à prix forfaitaire concernant la mise en service(phase n°1), les abonnements SaaS compris maintenance applicative (phase n°2). Par ailleurs, le marché comprendra une partie à prix unitaires concernant la réalisation de missions ponctuelles. Il est prévu un début d'exécution de la 1ère phase en janvier 2025. La phase de mise en oeuvre est conclue à compter de la notification du marché et s'achèvera à la mise en production de l'outil, qui devra intervenir avant le 31 décembre 2025. La seconde phase du marché, comprenant notamment l'hébergement de la solution en mode SaaS (compris maintenance applicative) et des prestations à prix unitaires, est conclue pour une durée de 8 ans à compter de la mise en production de la solution
