Description
Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen kiinteistönhoidon töistä Ilomantsin Yrityskiinteistöt Oy:n, Kiinteistö Oy Ilomantsin Virastotalon ja Kiinteistö Oy Ilomantsin Liikekeskus Oy:n tarjouspyynnössä mainittuihin kiinteistöihin sopimuskaudelle 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2028. Tahot tulevat fuusioitumaan 1.1.2027 Ilomantsin Tilapalvelut Oy:ksi, joka toimii jatkossa sopimuksen tilaajana. Sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Mikäli Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi irtisanoo sopimuksen viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä, sopimus päättyy 31.12.2028. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
