Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen taloushallinnon järjestelmäkokonaisuudesta toistaiseksi voimassa olevalle sopimuskaudelle alkaen 01.09.2026. Hankintaan sisältyy arvioitava työnäytetilaisuus. Työnäytteet toteutetaan tarjousaikana. Työnäytteitä koskevat tarkemmat tiedot on esitetty kohdassa Hankinnan taustaa. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä.
