Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Pehmopapereista sopimuskaudelle 1.9.2026 - 31.4.2028+ yhden (1) vuoden 1.5.2028 - 31.4.2029 + yhden (1) vuoden 1.5.2029 - 31.4.2030 optiomahdollisuus. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Tavarantulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
