Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια 68.750.000LT πετρελαίου κίνησης & 695.000LT πετρελαίου θέρμανσης για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της Ο.ΣΥ. Α.Ε., για χρονικό διάστημα δύο (2) ετών με δικαίωμα μονομερούς παράτασης ενός (1) έτους αν δεν έχει εξαντληθεί ο προϋπολογισμός του διαγωνισμού. Τα υπό προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων: (CPV) 09134200-9 - Καύσιμο πετρελαιοκινητήρων ντίζελ και (CPV) 09135100-5 - Πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο συνολικό ποσό των 110.917.400,00€ (110.000.000,00€ πετρέλαιο κίνησης & 917.400,00€ πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης), πλέον του αναλογούντος ΦΠΑ. Η Εταιρεία δύναται να διαφοροποιεί την κατανομή της ποσότητας μεταξύ πετρελαίου κίνησης και πετρελαίου θέρμανσης κατά την διάρκεια της Σύμβασης, αναλόγως των αναγκών της. Το ανωτέρω ποσό αναφέρεται στην προμήθεια 69.445.000LT πετρελαίου (ήτοι 68.750.000LT πετρέλαιο κίνησης & 695.000LT πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης) για συνολική διάρκεια δύο (2) ετών, με δικαίωμα μονομερούς παράτασης της σύμβασης έως ένα (1) επιπλέον έτος αν δεν έχει εξαντληθεί ο προϋπολογισμός του διαγωνισμού.
