Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση υπηρεσιών καθαρισμού – απολύμανσης των χημικών - σταθερών τουαλετών καθώς και τεχνική συντήρηση – επισκευή των χημικών - σταθερών τουαλετών και των οικίσκων (χώροι αναμονής οδηγών) της Ο.ΣΥ. Μ.Α.Ε. συμπεριλαμβανομένης της παροχής χημικών τουαλετών υπό μορφή μίσθωσης για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της Ο.ΣΥ. Μ.Α.Ε. Επισημαίνεται ότι στην εκτιμώμενη αξία των υπηρεσιών καθαρισμού συμπεριλαμβάνεται και ο καθαρισμός που θα πραγματοποιείται στις 40 μισθωμένες χημικές τουαλέτες καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης (ήτοι δύο έτη). Το πλήθος των σταθερών-χημικών τουαλετών καθώς και των χώρων αναμονής των οδηγών (κιόσκια) ιδιοκτησίας Ο.ΣΥ. Μ.Α.Ε. ανέρχονται σε: ● Τριάντα μία (31) σταθερές τουαλέτες ● Εκατόν δέκα πέντε (115) χημικές τουαλέτες ● Είκοσι πέντε (25) χώροι αναμονής οδηγών (οικίσκοι) Οι ως άνω αναφερόμενες ποσότητες μπορεί να τροποποιούνται, και με την επιφύλαξη των διατάξεων του ν.4412/2016, καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης και σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της Ο.ΣΥ. Μ.Α.Ε., κατά ποσοστό + 15% έως και - 15%. Ρητώς διευκρινίζεται ότι ο Αναθέτων Φορέας, κατά τη διακριτική του ευχέρεια, διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να περιορίσει το αντικείμενο των υπηρεσιών καθαρ…
