Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση υλικών για την ανακαίνιση των Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων στο Αμαξοστάσιο (Α/Σ) Βοτανικού της Ο.ΣΥ. Μ.Α.Ε. Τονίζεται ότι η προσφορά πρέπει να καλύπτει το σύνολο της προμήθειας συμπεριλαμβανομένης της εγκατάστασης/τοποθέτησης, αποκλειόμενης κάθε προσφοράς που θα αναφέρεται σε μέρος αυτών. Επισημαίνεται ότι οι οικονομικοί φορείς, πριν την υποβολή της προσφοράς τους, υποχρεούνται σε επίσκεψη του χώρου στον οποίο θα τοποθετηθούν τα εν λόγω υλικά , προκειμένου να λάβουν πλήρη γνώση ως προς τις χωροταξικές συνθήκες, αφού προηγουμένως έχουν παραλάβει από την κεντρική υπηρεσία τα σχετικά παραρτήματα με τα σχέδια / κατόψεις. Η επίσκεψη στον χώρο θα πραγματοποιηθεί κατόπιν επικοινωνίας των οικονομικών φορέων με την αρμόδια διεύθυνση του αμαξοστασίου το αργότερο 5 ημερολογιακές ημέρες πριν την καταληκτική ημερομηνία υποβολής των προσφορών. Επιπροσθέτως, για την συμμετοχή των οικονομικών φορέων στην εν λόγω διαγωνιστική διαδικασία, θα πρέπει να υποβληθεί, επί ποινή αποκλεισμού, μαζί με την προσφορά / δικαιολογητικά συμμετοχής η βεβαίωση επίσκεψης του χώρου σύμφωνα με το υπόδειγμα του Παραρτήματος ΙΓ της Διακήρυξης.
