Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών πενταετούς μίσθωσης (LEASING) σε δύο τμήματα, (τμήμα Α) δυο (2) μικρών πετρελαιοκίνητων λεωφορείων ΑΜΕΑ, (τμήμα Β) πέντε (5) πετρελαιοκίνητων λεωφορείων ΑΜΕΑ, για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της Ο.ΣΥ. Α.Ε., με δικαίωμα, εναλλακτικά, εξαγοράς στο τέλος της μισθωτικής περιόδου ή παράτασης της διάρκειας επί πέντε (5) επιπλέον έτη με χαμηλότερο μηνιαίο μίσθωμα αναλογικά προς την αγοραία τότε αξία του οχήματος και με ίδιους κατά τα λοιπά όρους μίσθωσης. Αναλυτική περιγραφή των ελάχιστων τεχνικών απαιτήσεων δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ ΙΙ της παρούσης ανά κατηγορία οχήματος. ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΟΧΗΜΑΤΩΝ: Α. ΜΙΚΡΑ ΛΕΩΦΟΡΕΙΑ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΑΣ ΑΜΕΑ (2 ΟΧΗΜΑΤΑ): Δυο (2) μικρά (περίπου 6,2 μέτρων) πετρελαιοκίνητα λεωφορεία (ΑΜΕΑ), για την κάλυψη των υπηρεσιακών αναγκών της Ο.ΣΥ. Α.Ε.. Τα προς μίσθωση οχήματα, θα είναι καινούρια και αμεταχείριστα, πρώτης χρήσης, πρόσφατης κατασκευής από τους πλέον εξελιγμένους τεχνολογικά τύπους στην αγορά. Όλα τα κατασκευαστικά στοιχεία (διαστάσεις, βάρη κλπ.), καθώς και τα όρια εκπομπών καυσαερίων, θα ικανοποιούν τις ισχύουσες διατάξεις για την έκδοση της άδειας κυκλοφορίας στην Ελλάδα.
