Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι «Υπηρεσίες Τεχνικού Συμβούλου για την Εκπόνηση, Υλοποίηση και Εφαρμογή Προγράμματος Ολοκληρωμένου Τεχνικού και Πολεοδομικού Ελέγχου Αμαξοστασίων της ΟΣΥ ΜΑΕ». Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της Σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των τετρακοσίων ενενήντα επτά χιλιάδων διακοσίων είκοσι επτά ευρώ και πενήντα λεπτά (497.227,50€) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24%. (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: 616.562,10 €). Ο Αναθέτων Φορέας διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αναθέσει πρόσθετες υπηρεσίες στον ανάδοχο, ασκώντας το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης, σε ποσοστό έως +15% σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στην παρ. 1 του άρθρου 337 του ν. 4412/2016. Ρητώς διευκρινίζεται ότι ο Αναθέτων Φορέας, κατά την διακριτική του ευχέρεια, διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να περιορίσει το αντικείμενο των υπηρεσιών, κατά την κρίση του και έως 20%, καθ’ όλη την διάρκεια της σύμβασης.Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας Διακήρυξης.
