Description
Hankinnan kohteena on asumispalvelut ikäihmisille Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueella. Palvelut perustuvat sosiaalihuoltolain (1301/2014) säännöksiin. Ikääntyneellä asiakkaalla tarkoitetaan lain (980/2012) mukaan iäkästä henkilöä, jonka fyysinen, kognitiivinen, psyykkinen tai sosiaalinen toimintakyky on heikentynyt ikääntymisen myötä alkaneiden, lisääntyneiden tai pahentuneiden sairauksien tai vammojen vuoksi tai ikääntymiseen liittyvän rappeutumisen johdosta. Hyvinvointialue toteuttaa palveluntuottajarekisterin kohteena olevien palvelujen hankinnat tässä palveluntuottajarekisterissä. Palveluntuottajarekisterin kohde ja ehdot on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnön liitteessä Palveluntuottajarekisterin periaatteet. Hankinnan kohteena palveluntuottajarekisterissä on • ympärivuorokautinen palveluasuminen, • lyhytaikainen palveluasuminen ja • yhteisöllinen asuminen.
