Description

Acordul cadru are ca obiect achizitia de hartie autocopiativă pentru tipar. Acord cadru de furnizare hârtie autocopiativă pentru tipar, valabil de la data semnării acestuia de către ambele părți contractante până la data de 31 decembrie 2026. Cantităţile minime şi maxime pe care autoritatea contractantă le stabileşte iniţial în documentaţia de atribuire şi ulterior în acordul cadru, reprezintă estimări ale unor cantităţi care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord cadru şi nu cantităţile exacte care vor fi achiziţionate. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 18. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP: http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro Specificatiile tehnice, si alte informatii se regasesc in caietul de sarcini aferent prezentei proceduri de achizitie.
