Description
Acord cadru de furnizare „semiconductori de tip cip cu contact pentru smart carduri”, valabil de la data semnării acestuia de către ambele părți contractante până la data de 31 decembrie 2027. Cantitățile minime și cantitățile maxime acord cadru/contract subsecvent sunt după cum urmează: a) Pentru acord cadru: • cantitate maximă estimată: 3.000.000,00 bucăți; • cantitate minimă estimată: 300.000,00 bucăți; b) Pentru fiecare contract subsecvent din cele trei ce se estimează a fi încheiate: • cantitate maximă estimată: 1.000.000,00 bucăți; • cantitate minimă estimată: 100.000,00 bucăți. Pe parcursul acordului cadru se vor încheia estimativ 3 (trei) contracte subsecvente. Calendarul estimativ de încheiere al contractelor subsecvente este următorul: • contract subsecvent nr. 1: între data semnării acordului-cadru până la 30.06.2026; • contract subsecvent nr. 2: între 01.07.2026 – 31.12.2026; • contract subsecvent nr. 3: între 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027. Cantităţile minime şi maxime pe care autoritatea contractantă le stabileşte iniţial în documentaţia de atribuire şi ulterior în acordul cadru, reprezintă estimări ale unor cantităţi care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord…
