Description
El objetivo de la licitación es el diseño, el desarrollo, la entrega y el mantenimiento del sistema informático de tecnología avanzada para la inteligencia y la acción en materia sanitaria (ATHINA) de HERA. Dividido en tres lotes, abarca: 1) el desarrollo y el mantenimiento de los siguientes módulos de ATHINA: módulo central de última generación, módulo de encuesta y módulo de gestión de casos de salud pública y contramedidas médicas; 2) el análisis funcional de los demás módulos de ATHINA en cuanto a enlace de los sistemas de información, evaluación de amenazas, simulación y análisis, y respuesta ante emergencias; 3) el análisis como servicios gestionados.
