To strengthen diagnostic and surveillance capacities in response to the ongoing outbreak of Ebola Bundibugyo virus disease (BDBV) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda by procuring and supplying RT-PCR laboratory kits (to scale up high-throughput testing capacity).
