Description
Works and services to be provided by the General Planner The project Renovation of Hinge consolidates several investments to bring a 25 years old building (housing industrial kitchen, restaurant, sport’s and recreational facilities, delivery/logistics entrance) up to a modern standard. The General Planner is asked to provide integral design services as referred to in DNR-STB 2014: • STB-04 Phase Preliminary Design (Voorontwerp) • STB-05 Phase Final Design (Definitief Ontwerp) • STB-06 Phase Technical Design (Technisch Ontwerp) The General Planner will remain involved regarding design topics in the following phases: • STB-07 Phase Procurement General Contractor (Prijs- en Contractvorming) • STB-08 Phase Construction Ready Design (Uitvoering - Uitvoeringsgereed Ontwerp) • STB-09 Phase Execution (Uitvoering - Directievoering)
