Description
The works and services to be delivered under the intended Plan & Deconstruct contract includes, among others: - planning - permitting - decommissioning the building complex (i.e. disconnecting from utilities) - dismantling & demolition works (incl. circular & High-quality disposal of materials) - decontamination works (i.e. removal of all polluting & hazerdous material in the building itself and in the ground) - finishing works (incl. landscaping of the developed area)
