Description
2 Lots: Lot 1 - Project management services for the demolition of Shell building Lot 2 - Project management services for the renovation of Hinge building Lots will be awarded independently, i.e. to one company or two different companies. Bidders are free to offer for only one of the Lots, at their discretion, or for both Lots. To avoid a potential conflict of interest Bidders awarded to the Project Management contract for Lot 1 and/or 2 are not allowed to participate in the follow up tenders concerning the design and the execution of the concerned project(s).
