Description

Galway City Council received funding under the Local Biodiversity Action Fund (LBAF) to carry out a bat survey. The overall aim of the project is to carry out a Pilot Ground Truthing survey of the Vincent Wildlife Trust (VWT) modelling of landscape connectivity for Lesser Horseshoe Bats in Galway City, thereby enabling planners and decision makers to effectively manage our green corridors and spaces for bats and biodiveristy.
