Description
Autoritatea contractatnta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze medicamente din programul cost volum oncologice in cantitatile si cu specificatiile descrise in caietul de sarcini pe fiecare lot, pe baza unor acorduri cadru cu o durata de 14 luni. Procedura se va finaliza cu incheierea de acord-cadru cu 3 operatori economici, iar furnizarea produselor ce fac obiectul Acordului cadru se va face prin incheierea de contracte subsecvente, in baza referatelor, sau in limita fondurilor disponibile pe program. In cazul acordurilor incheiate pe medicamentele ce vor fi pe o licitatie centralizata a MS, acestea se vor rezilia cu data imediata dupa ce a fost finalizata procedura de licitatie a MS. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi, inainte de data limita stabilita pt.depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 18 zile.
