Description
Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze medicamente oncologice in cantitatile si cu specificatiile descrise in caietul de sarcini pe fiecare lot, pe baza unor acorduri cadru cu o durata de 24 luni. Procedura se va finaliza cu incheierea de acord cadru cu 3 operatori economici, iar furnizarea produselor ce fac obiectul acordului cadru se va face prin incheierea de contracte subsecvente, in baza referatelor, sau in limita fondurilor disponibile.In cazul acordurilor incheiate pe medicamente ce vor fi pe o licitatie centralizata a MS, acestea se vor rezilia cu data imediata dupa ce a fost finalizata procedura de licitatie a MS. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi, inainte de data limita stabilita pt depunerea ofertelor.Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofetelor este -18 zile.
