Description
Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze IMPRIMATE/TIPIZATE MEDICALE, în cantitățile și cu specificațiile tehnice descrise în caietul de sarcini pe fiecare lot, pe baza unor acorduri cadru cu o durata de 24 de luni. Procedura de achizitie se finalizeaza prin incheierea unui sau mai multor acorduri-cadru cu operatorii economici clasați pe primele două locuri. Nota: i) În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 16 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. ii) În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare in afara termenelor mentionate anterior va fi considerata tardivă.
