Description
Specialfastigheter Sverige AB har för avsikt att, efter genomförande av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering, ingå avtal med Hypergene AB avseende licenser och förvaltning av systemet. Specialfastigheter har sedan tidigare en kundunik installation av Hypergene och är i behov av support och förvaltning av lösningen för att lösningen ska fortsatt kunna fungera på ett tillfredställande sätt för Specialfastigheter. Avtalet tecknas på 2 + 1 år. Då efterfrågade tjänster på grund av tekniska skäl och på grund av ensamrätt endast kan tillhandahållas/utföras av en viss leverantör (LOU 2016:1145 6 kap. 14 § punkt 2 och 3) Med detta skäl annonseras frivillig förhandsinsyn i enlighet med LOU (2016:1145) 10 kap 5§. Innan avtal tecknas tillämpas avtalsspärr till och med 2026-03-09.
