Description
Specialfastigheter Sverige AB avser att genom ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering ingå avtal med CGI Sverige AB (556337-2191) för övergång från befintligt lokal installerad Twin 8 till en molnbaserad lösning (Twin360). Avtalet tilldelas direkt till CGI Sverige AB med stöd av 6 kap 14§ LOU punkt 2 - tekniska skäl och punkt 3 - ensamrätt. Övergången är en naturlig förlängning av den befintliga plattformen, som endast tillhandahålls av CGI Sverige AB. En upphandling skulle kräva byte av hela systemet, vilket innebär oproportionerliga kostnader och risker för verksamheten. Med detta skäl annonseras frivillig förhandsinsyn i enlighet med LOU (2016:1145) 10 kap 5§. Innan avtal tecknas tillämpas avtalsspärr till och med 2025-12-22.
