Description
Specialfastigheter kommer att bygga och äga en ny kriminalvårdsanstalt med säkerhetsklass 2 i Halltorp, några mil söder om Kalmar. Anstalten kommer att vara ca 50 000 kvm BTA och markområdet omfattar 120 000 kvm. Denna upphandling avser mark-, husbyggnads-, värme- och sanitets-, luftbehandlingsarbeten och elinstallationer för uppförandet av Omlastningscentralen, Personalbyggnaden och Teknikbyggnaden.
