Description
The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement regarding the purchase of fuel oil and bio-fuel oil. The contract will include the delivery of fuel oil and bio-fuel oil to Fredrikstad municipality and Hvaler municipality's owned and leased buildings in the contract period, which use this as a heat source. Call-offs will be made for each delivery location.
