Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, l’installation, le paramétrage sur mesure, l’octroi de licences, la formation des utilisateurs, la réalisation de personnalisations et la maintenance d’une solution BPM en mode SaaS pour l’Institut national d'assurance maladie-invalidité (INAMI). Les besoins de l’INAMI doivent être abordés selon l’état actuel de maturité des processus, mais également en tenant compte des besoins et des défis auxquels sera soumis l’INAMI dans les prochaines années en matière de gestion des processus.
