Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison et la pose de mobiliers pour les services municipaux, les écoles et les sites périscolaires de la Commune de Vandœuvre. Les caractéristiques des fournitures, objets du marché, sont définies au Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP) ainsi qu’au Bordereau de Prix Unitaires (B.P.U). Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - Lot n°01 : Mobiliers pour les services municipaux - Lot n°02 : Mobiliers groupes scolaires et périscolaires La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Lot n°01 : 15 000 € HT/AN minimum et 50 000 € HT/AN maximum ; Lot n°02 : 15 000 € HT/AN minimum et 50 000 € HT/AN maximum ;
