Le marché est passé selon la technique d'achat de l'accord-cadre mono attributaire avec montants annuels minimum et maximum annuel en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à 2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique du 1er avril 2019.
