La présente consultation a pour objet un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour la fourniture et la livraison de produits, matériaux et matériels destinés aux agents du Pôle entretien courant de Deux-Sèvres Habitat. Les lieux d'exécution coïncident avec les sites de Deux-Sèvres Habitat où ont lieu les livraisons : - Magasin de Niort - 8 rue François Viète - 79000 - Niort - Agence de Saint Maixent L'Ecole - Rue Ernest Pérochon - Centre Commercial du Panier Fleuri 79400 Saint-Maixent-l'Ecole - Agence de Parthenay - 13 Boulevard Albert Camus - 79200 Parthenay - Agence de Thouars - 7 rue Claude Debussy - 79101 - Thouars - Agence de Bressuire - 27 Boulevard Lescure 79300 Bressuire - Agence de Cerizay - 19 rue de la Gourre d'Or - 79140 - Cerizay La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées au présent cahier des clauses particulières commun à tous les lots (CCP) ainsi que dans le bordereau des prix unitaires propre à chaque lot. Le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum avec un opérateur économique.
