Description
Le présent marché de services vise la conclusion d’un accord-cadre portant sur une solution cloud de centre d'appels pour les programmes de recherche de contacts. L’installation, les services de maintenance et de support, les services d’expertise technique, de formation et de coaching associés font partie de ce marché. Smals procède au renouvellement de la mise en place par le gouvernement d’une solution de traçage d’épidémiologie pour laquelle elle doit mettre à disposition l’infrastructure de centre d’appels afin de pouvoir contacter rapidement les citoyens et prévenir la propagation d’une épidémie. Le centre d’appels permettra une communication dans les deux sens.
