Description
Beställaren avser att upphandla färska köttdetaljer från gris, nötkött och lamm inklusive färs, charkuterivaror och korvsortiment, enligt nedan kravspecifikation och bifogad bilaga 2. Anbudsprislista för beställarens enheter inom skolverksamhet, servicehus, centralkök, förskolor med flera för succesivt uttag under avtalstiden. Leverans sker till gemensam samlastningscentral belägen i Kalmar. Läs mer under punkt 1.5.4 Leverans. Upphandlingen delas in i två anbudsområden enligt nedan och det står leverantören fritt att delta i ett eller flera anbudsområden. 1. Anbudsområde 1 - Färska köttdetaljer från gris, nötkött och lamm inklusive färs 2. Anbudsområde 2 - Chark- och korvprodukter Beställaren uppskattar den totala inköpsvolymen per år till cirka 17 000 000 SEK exkl. moms. Fördelning per anbudsområde uppskattas vara cirka 70% för anbudsområde 1 och 30% för anbudsområde 2
