Kalmar kommun, genom upphandlingsenheten, inbjuder intresserade leverantörer att inkomma med anbud avseende upphandling av ramavtal av Däck och däcktjänster till lätta och tunga fordon. Beställaren avser att teckna ramavtal med de två (2) leverantörer som lämnat de ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbuden baserat på grunden bästa förhållande mellan pris och kvalitet.
