Description
Region Gotland upphandlar livsmedel inom produktgrupp kolonial. Produkterna är till största delen avsedda för tillagnings- och mottagningskök inom skola, förskola, sjukhus och äldreomsorg men även övriga verksamheter inom Region Gotland har rätt att avropa från avtalet. Distribution av produkterna till beställarna ingår i uppdraget och kostnad för detta ska ingå i styckpriset. Beställaren har rätt, men inte skyldighet, att under avtalstiden begära att leverantören etablerar och upprätthåller ett omsättningslager av kolonialvaror, som ska utgöra ett beredskapslager dimensionerat för att motsvara avdelning måltids behov av livsmedel under sju (7) dagars normal förbrukning.
