Description

EirGrid is in the third year of delivering an ambitious business 2020-2025 strategy and now seeks to engage a specialist partner who will work with the HR and Leadership team to design a Learning and Development Strategy (L and D) that will enable the organisation to develop the right skills and competencies for our people for now and into the future. Our values and competency framework will be key reference documents for the purposes of determining our strategic approach and building our associated programme of work.
