Description

Dublin City Council (“DCC”), with the support of the National Development Finance Agency (“NDFA”), recently published a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to the forthcoming Dublin City Council Home Building Programme. As outlined in the PIN, DCC intends to establish design-and-build housing frameworks for the delivery of housing, duplex and apartment units, as well as associated community and ancillary facilities across multiple sites within the Dublin City Council area. This change notice is being issued to provide additional clarity on the Market launch.
