Description

Dublin City Council (“DCC”) gives notice of its intention to establish a design and build housing framework, with the support of the National Development Finance Agency (“NDFA”), for the design and construction of housing developments. The projects will consist of the delivery of housing, duplex and apartment units and certain ancillary facilities, such as crèche, community facilities, playgrounds and landscaped areas across multiple sites in the Dublin City Council area. DCC intend to carry out a market launch event in advance of the contract notice publication. Please note that this is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage. Also the process will not be utilised in order to preclude participation in any future competition to be conducted by Dublin City Council. Without prejudice to competition in the marketplace, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being used to invite interested parties to pre-register by providing the name(s) of attendees and the organisation(s) represented via email by 19/03/2026 to housingframework@dublincity.ie.
