1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: DOSTAWA DRUKÓW I KSIĄŻEK MEDYCZNYCH I NIEMEDYCZNYCH ORAZ PŁYT CD/DVD NA OKRES 24 MIESIĘCY dla Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. NMP w Częstochowie. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych, stanowiących Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Załączniku Nr 6 do SWZ, stanowiącym projektowane postanowienia umowy. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na 3 części, tj.: Część Nr 1. DRUKI MEDYCZNE I NIEMEDYCZNE Część Nr 2. KSIĄZKI MEDYCZNE I NIEMEDYCZNE Część Nr 3. PŁYTY CD-R, DVD-R DO WYPALAREK EPSON PP-100III 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w Załączniku Nr 2 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolne części lub na cały przedmiot zamówienia. 5. Kod CPV: 22900000-9 – Różne druki, 30234300-1 – Płyty kompaktowe
