1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: USŁUGA NA PRZYGOTOWANIE CAŁODOBOWEGO I CODZIENNEGO WYŻYWIENIA DLA PACJENTÓW WOJEWÓDZKIEGO SZPITALA SPECJALISTYCZNEGO IM. N.M.P. W CZĘSTOCHOWIE, Z PRODUKTÓW WŁASNYCH, NA BAZIE KUCHNI ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO WRAZ Z PRZEJĘCIEM PRACOWNIKÓW NA PODSTAWIE ART. 23’ KODEKS PRACY, ZATRUDNIONYCH W DZIALE ŻYWIENIA. 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został określony w Załączniku Nr 3 do SWZ – „Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia”. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy, stanowiących Załącznik Nr 10 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga przeprowadzenia przez Wykonawców wizji lokalnej miejsca realizacji zamówienia, w celu pozyskania wszelkich danych mogących być przydatnymi do przygotowania oferty oraz realizacji przedmiotu umowy. Koszty Wykonawcy, związane z udziałem w wizji lokalnej poniesie Wykonawca. Oferty Wykonawców, którzy nie wezmą udziału w wizji lokalnej zostaną odrzucone na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 18 ustawy Pzp, który brzmi: „Zamawiający odrzuca ofertę jeżeli: została złożona bez odbycia wizji lokalnej lub bez sprawdzenia dokumentów niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia dostępnych na miejscu u Zamawiającego…
