Description
Uppdraget är att kartlägga och sammanställa de regelverk som reglerar livsmedelskedjan, från regelverk till myndigheternas tillämpning av regelverket. Kartläggningen ska användas för att visualisera regelverkets omfattning och ligga till grund för en analys av regelverket och till förslag för förenklingar av regelverket. Uppdraget är även att genomföra en analys över vilka samhällsekonomiska nyttor ett digitaliserat regelverk skulle ha.
