Description
Upphandlingen avser en utvärdering av det pågående uppdraget Work in Sweden. Utföraren ska analysera och problematisera kring uppdragets insatser och piloter samt bidra med expertis och kunskap i syfte att bidra till för att ökad förståelse och förbättra dem. Uppdraget drivs ”missionsorienterat”, dvs utifrån ett arbetssätt som undviker fragmentering genom att fokusera på lösningar som når långsiktiga systemförändringar i komplexa miljöer, och genomföraren bör vara kunnig inom detta typ av angreppsätt.
