Tämän hankinnan kohteena on Digiroad-palvelukokonaisuus. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: - OSA-ALUE 1: Digiroad-operaattoripalvelu - OSA-ALUE 2: Digiroad-järjestelmän ylläpito-, tuki- ja pienkehityspalvelut. Ks. myös osa-aluekohtaiset kuvaukset. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhdelle tai kahdelle osa-alueelle. Tarjoaja ei kuitenkaan voi tulla valituksi toimittajaksi kuin yhdelle osa-alueelle. Ks. toimittajien valinnasta tarjouspyynnön kohta "Päätöksenteon perusteet".
