Description
Hankinnan kohteena on talvimerenkulun ohjausjärjestelmän kehitys ja ylläpito Väyläviraston ja Sjöfartsverketin tarpeisiin. Hankinta toteutetaan yhteishankintana Väyläviraston ja Sjöfartsverketin välillä. Väylävirasto vastaa kilpailutusprosessista ja hankintaan sovelletaan lakia julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/20216). Palveluntuottajaksi valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja. Hankinta on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
